Two Super Sundays Coming Up: 1/25 and 2/1
Football season is coming to an end, and obviously there's no game this Sunday, so we will not be opening early. But come back next weekend for Super Bowl Sunday on the big screen, we will be grilling some hot dogs and other snacks for you to enjoy while watching the game.
But this Sunday, the 25th, The Pint will be holding a special celebration for the birthday of Robert Burns, Scotland's national poet. This is a formal event, and we encourage you to dress up for the occasion. Anyone wearing a kilt will receive a 25% discount on selected Scotches! There will also be an opportunity to recite your favorite Burns poem, and to sing a few songs.
Burns Night festivities kick off at 6pm, and food will be provided. You can explain to your friends what haggis is after you get them to try some!

You put this on your calendar when we first told you about it, didn't you? If not, this is your reminder. $25 for 4 pours, 50 dollars for 9.
If you are already enjoy the intricacies of fine single malt scotch, then you know what a bargain this is. If you have been dabbling in whisky, but would like to learn (and taste) more, this is a golden opportunity. And finally, if you know absolutely nothing about scotch except for the fact that Ron Burgundy loves it, this is probably your only chance to jump on the bandwagon. Yes, you too can become a scotch lover, and leave your lamp-loving days behind you.

Cask Ale Charity Event This Wednesday, November 19th
Next Wednesday, November 19th, the Daily Pint will be welcoming Nick Moffatt, who has been walking across the US on foot to raise money for the Royal British and American Legions. He started off in New York several months ago, and for the last week, the only thing keeping him going is the knowledge that a whole row of pints will be waiting for him in Santa Monica.
Come join us in welcoming Nick to Southern California as we help him raise money for charity. A portion of all cask ale sales from the evening will be donated to the American Legion Legacy Fund. For more info visit the California Beerzine.

December 5th Whisky Tasting
Master of Whisky Edward Adams from Diageo will be joining us at the Daily Pint on Friday, December 5th at 8:30pm to lead a Single Malt Scotch tasting.
