Ordering

There are two ways to place an order:

2. Call us toll free at 1-877-596-4389. This is not an automated system; you will be able to talk with one of our knowledgeable and helpful representatives.

After you place an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.

Large Orders: please call for special pricing and shipping options.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal.

Shipping

We use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail as our preferred shipper. This service offers fast delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days based on where your package is being sent.

Most orders ship the same day or next day depending on the time of day your order was placed.

Sometimes shipping can be delayed a few days if a product is on backorder. This can also happen during busy times of the year, particularly over the holidays.

Expedited Shipping: If you’re in a hurry, or you want to make sure a package arrives on or before a given date, you’ll need to use expedited shipping. Please call our toll-free number either before or after you place an order.

 
Returns

When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations.

Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling.

If you would like to return your purchase please call us at 1-877-596-4389.

Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped.
All refunds are processed upon inspection of returned items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post to your credit card (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order, or sending the unit back to us) in a few days.
