Weekend of May 15th

Daily Pint | May 15, 2009

The Einhorn Spezial Pilsner was a big hit, and we have another keg of it on this weekend.

Hopheads should come by for Port’s Hop 15, and right now we’ve got some Smoked Porter with American Oak that has taken the place of last week’s Sublimely Self Righteous with Chinook and Simcoe.

On deck we’ve got Ruination with Chinook, but before we can put it on, we’ve got to kill the cask of Arrogant Bastard with Columbus (Look, they’re buddies!)

Wexford Irish Cream Ale Back On

Daily Pint | May 8, 2009

Back by popular demand, we’ve got several kegs of Wexford Irish Cream ale.  If you like Old Speckled Hen or Abbot’s Ale, this is a no-brainer.

Going up on the chalkboard soon we’ve got a cask of Arrogant Bastard with Columbus hops, and on right now is a cask of Sublimely Self Righteous, Stone’s Black IPA, dry hopped with Simcoe and Chinook.

Vanilla Bean Porter and Craft Beer from Mexico

Daily Pint | May 1, 2009

We finally made some room for that Oskar Blues Gordon that has been up on the chalkboard for the last few weeks.  A lot of people had been asking about it, and nows your chance to try it.  According to the Oskar Blues website, this beer is a cross between an Imperial Red and a Double IPA.

Going on to the engine today we’ve got two beers that need no introduction, Stone Ruination and Smoked Porter w/ Vanilla Bean.  Both are fantastic and always taste best the first day they’re on.  Come by tonight and try them if you haven’t already.

Finally, for Cinco de Mayo, we’ve got a keg of Cucapas Chupacabras, a pale ale hopped with Cascade and Centennial, from Mexicali, Baja California.

Escape the Corona-swilling madness of the city’s Cabo Cantinas this Cinco de Mayo and come by the Daily Pint for some real Mexican beer.
