Weekend Stone Cask Update

Right now we've got Oaked AB on cask, along with some Smoked Porter with Vanilla Bean.  That stuff never lasts long, so once it's gone, we've got a couple more Stone casks ready to go.  Waiting to be tapped are Stone IPA with Amarillo, and the cask version of Sublimely Self-Righteous Ale w/ Columbus hops added (like it really needs more hops).  This is a black IPA that was brewed as their 11th Anniversary Ale, but they liked it so much, they thought they'd give it a new name and brew more.

Also, don't forget about tonight's Irish Whisky tasting.  If the turnout is anything like December's Single Malt Scotch tasting, you'll want to get here early!

Shrove Saturday: Abita on Tap + Crawfish Boil

New Orleans is coming to the Daily Pint!

Instead of the typical Fat Tuesday celebration, we are bumping the festivities up a few days and throwing our Mardi Gras party on Saturday the 21st.  Our New Orleans-based chef is flying in Fresh Crayfish for the event, which will be served along with Chicken Gumbo & Homemade Andouille over rice, and Shrimp Po Boy sandwiches.

Saturday only, we will be tapping the following kegs from Louisiana-based Abita Brewing:

Abita Amber

Abita Purple Haze

Abita Turbo Dog

Abita AndyGator

Also on hand we'll have a keg of North Coast Brother Thelonious, a Belgian style Strong Dark Ale brewed in honor of jazz legend Thelonious Monk.

Get here early, food will be served at 4pm til it's gone!

Valentine’s Weekend at the Daily Pint

We finally received that keg of Consecration that was so conspicuously absent from last week's Russian River night.  Starting this Friday the 13th, we'll have Consecration, plus the My Bloody Valentine that we've been holding on to.  From Lost Coast, makers of Great White and Downtown Brown, we'll be rotating through a keg of their new Tangerine Wheat, and in preparation for next week's Coronado Cask Night, you'll also have a chance to try their Idiot IPA.
